ReplyDeleteI like the way you have used photography to connote the theme of the album. The colour scheme used is the same in all aspects of the digipack and advertisement this shows consistency. I like the way you have been different and created a photobook album within the album which is extraordinary. The use of art on the CD is spectacular. I do not like the way C.a.s productions is not in line with productions. The apple logo on the horizontal advert does not seem to be positioned in the right place.

well done, your work is amazing, your final product looks amazing you have truly captured sia's style with the way you wrote sia on the cover, there is a feel of continuity throughout the whole digipack and you have worked really hard and your work shows it your font choice suits the music video really well the back is amazing the way you have layed out everything the colour scheme is good the red represents the red in the music video i really like the way you said the end with a question mark at the end it gives i mysterious feeling on the photo book page 14 the border around burn is not appealing it gives it a really old vintage look but i like it how you have lyrics from the song on the photobook pages some of the text in the horizontal advert is hard to see though
ReplyDeleteThe theme of the Digipack suits the theme of the Music Video very well. I really like the use of a simple black, white and red theme to match the music video. However, i would recommend to sticking to black and red theme for the house style as i feel it fits your theme for the Music Video and it places a big emphasis on the red used in your music video so incorporating it within your House style will fit better. Nonetheless, i still prefer the text used for the Title name and it makes the name stand out which is great for advertising, also the quirky font style used makes your digipack stand out from other common house styles and brings an individualistic feel to your work also the font used reflects sia's name well therefore brings the whole product together. The photography used for the Digipack is great, i really like the Monochrome filters and the image on the front cover on the album as it looks very professional and fits the music video very well. Moreover, i really like the use of the woods as a setting for your theme and expresses Sia's music well. Furthermore, the Alignment for all the covers is great and the texts are aligned well especially in the back cover of the album and you have made it look very realistic. Overall, the Album cover and Adverts are very good and i really like the use of the photography incorporated in your digipack. Also the extra panels with the images have been aligned great and the use of the Red and Black theme fits very well, plus the idea of the images in blocks looks discrete and brings a different feel to your digipack.
ReplyDeleteYour final product looks great! the use of the simple but bold font compliments the album. I like that the house style of black & white, red is continuous throughout your whole Digipak. However, I think that some of writing on the horizontal advert is hard to read.

ReplyDeleteYour final products is amazing!!! The theme suit well and reflect to your music video and I like how you stick to the same house style and colour scheme throughout your digipack, especially the colour red as most of the colour is monochrome, therefore the colour red really stand out and eye-catching. The alignment for your digipack is great it looks neat and proficient, also the photography looks professional however I think that you should try use different shot-type rather than just portraiture, so there's a mix varieties of images in different poses or shot-type in order to look distinct with each other, as I find that the image do look a bit repetitive. In addition, the photobook album is amazing and really effective because it allow the artist to engage with the audiences, plus I like the transition of the character to the doll because it express your music video really well and it also reflect to Sia's uniqueness as well.
ReplyDeleteYour whole digipack looks amazing! I really like the pictures you have used because they look very professional and they are really clear. You have consistently used the same fonts and colour schemes which is good and I think the red stands out really well from the black and white. I would suggest maybe using a different colour/font for the quotes on the horizontal advert as they blend in with the black and white picture, making it a bit hard to read. But I love the pictures in the photo-book, especially the overlay ones because they just suit really well with the theme. The structure of your print products are very well presented as they look so professional and clear. Finally, I think it's unique how you added a little note from 'Sia' on page 1 of your photo-book, it makes the album feel more personal to the audience as it is addressing them. Overall, this is amazing! :)
ReplyDeleteYour project looks professional and you have chosen a interesting topic area. You consistently used the same colour and font throughout which made the project look clearer. The red also stands out and still looks classy. The music video is interesting and has a good purpose to it e.g. the doll symbolising the girl's innocence and fragility. However, in order to improve you should ensure the lip singing is better implemented to the video as it was a little off beat.
