From the feedback of our Rough Cut, I discovered that there was confusion with the mise-en-scene elements of our music video, such as the doll. Despite the ambigous symbolism, the audience response was that it did not matter if the audience did not understand the symbolism as it can enable audience interpretation.We recieved positive feedback on the use the Bad TV effect and the shadows created through the artificial lighting.Our teacher, Amy commented on our rough cut, stating that "the pace of it is right, the lip-sync is in-sync, her (the actress) performance is really strong and I persoanlly think that the outdoor parts are really strong". Overall, the feedback was positive and we did not recieve any comments on changes we should make to our music video.
